• She remains dry for at least two hours at a time during the day or is dry after naps.
• Her bowel movements are regular and predictable.
• She shows that she needs to use the bathroom by her facial expression, posture, or words.
• She can follow simple verbal instructions.
• She can walk to and from the bathroom, undress, and dress again.
• She seems uncomfortable with soiled diapers and wants to be changed.
• She asks to use the toilet or potty chair.
• She wants to wear "grown-up underwear."
